Mahanagar Sarbajanin Puja Committee
A prayer session organised by Mahanagar Sarbajanin Puja Committee was held on the premises of Shri Shri Dhakeshwari National Temple on Wednesday for the salvation of the departed soul of the Architect of the glorious Independence and Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman marking his birth centenary. The committee also prayed to get rid the World off coronavirus. The function was attended, among others, by General Secretary of the committee Advocate Kishore Ranjan Mandol, Prof Dr Nim Chandra Bhowmik, Journalist Swapon Kumar Saha, Kajol Debnath, President of Bangladesh Puja Udjapon Parishad Milon Kanti Dutta, Awami League leader Mukul Bose and Asim Kumar Ukil, MP. President of the committee Shailendranath Majumder presided over the event.
