Jatiya Ganotantrik League
A rally jointly organised by Jatiya Ganotantrik League, Kazi Aref Foundation and Bangladesh Online Activists Forum was held in front of the National Press Club in the city on Friday. In the rally the speakers demanded posthumous trial of Shaheed President Ziaur Rahman for his involvement in killing army officials including four national leaders, Sector Commander Colonel Taher and Brigadier General Khaled Mosharraf. It was addressed, among others, by Awami League leader Advocate Balaram Poddar, President of the organisation MA Jalil and General Secretary of Bangabandhu Sangskritik Jote Arun Sarker Rana. Kazi Aref Foundation Chairman Kazi Masud Ahmed presided over the rally.
