14-party alliance
A virtual discussion organised by 14-party alliance was held marking the Jail Killing Day. Awami League Advisory Council Member and 14-party alliance Spokesperson Amir Hossain Amu was present as the chief guest in the programme held on Friday. While speaking Amu said that 72’s constitution is recognized as the best constitution in the world. “Those who oppose the national four principles are talking about changing the constitution. But 72’s constitution is recognized as the best constitution in the world,” he said. Amu said after assassination of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, most of his family members and the national leaders proved that it was an evil attempt to turn the independent Bangladesh into a neo Pakistan and make the country leaderless. Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (Jasod) President Hasanul Haq Inu addressed the discussion. The function was also addressed, among others, by Jatiya Party (JP) Presidium Member Ejaz Ahmed Mukta, Gono Azadi League President Advocate SK Sikder and General Secretary of the Ganatantri Party Dr Shahadat Hossain. AL Liberation War Affairs Secretary Mrinal Kanti Das conducted the event.
