Bangladesh Nagorik Seba Sangha
A discussion on ‘Containing crimes and resisting ill-culture’ organized by Bangladesh Nagorik Seba Sangha was held at the Public Library in the city. Awami League Presidium Member Advocate Sahara Khatun was present as the chief guest. While speaking she urged BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia not to play a political game with forced disappearances of people and the killing incident of Narayanganj. ‘Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has been dealing personally with the Narayanganj incident. She has assured the nation that no culprit would be spared. We hope you will not indulge in any game with the incident. Convey us if you have got any proposal,’ she said pointing at Begum Zia. Adviser of the organisation Chitta Ranjan Das presided over the programme. Dhaka City Awami League Organising Secretary Shahe Alam Murad and Bangabandhu Sangskritik Jote General Secretary Arun Sarker Rana were the discussants, among others.

be abolished but reforms could be brought-in in the elite force.’
