A discussion on ‘Compensation to the Affected People in Road Accidents: Necessity for Security Insurance’ organised by Road Safety Foundation was held at Tafazzal Hossain Manik Mia Hall of the Jatiya Press Club. Chairman of the foundation Prof Dr AI Mahbub Uddin Ahmed presided over the event. In the programme held recently the speakers demanded formation of fund for those who are affected in road mishap. They also demanded adequate compensation for those who died and injured in road accidents. The speakers stressed upon security insurance for all.
