Peshajibi Samannoy Parishad
Leaders of Peshajibi Samannoy Parishad urged the countrymen to cast their votes for ‘Boat’, the electoral symbol of Awami League, in the 11th parliamentary election. They made the call at a discussion marking the 14th founding anniversary of the parishad and the Martyred Intellectuals Day at the Jatiya Press Club on Thursday. Steering Committee Co-chairman of the organisation Professor Dr Kamrul Hasan Khan presented the keynote paper with another Co-chairman Advocate Yousuf Humayun Chowdhury in the chair. In the programme the speakers urged the people believing in the spirit of War of Liberation to be united against the communal forces as well as war criminals.
