Bangabandhu Diploma Engineers’ Parishad
A discussion on the country’s development issues organised by Bangabandhu Diploma Engineers Parishad was held in the auditorium of the Institution of Diploma Engineers, Bangladesh (IDEB) in city’s Kakrail on Thursday. Social Welfare Minister and also President of Workers Party of Bangladesh Rashed Khan Menon was present in the programme as the chief guest. While speaking Menon said BNP’s main intention is not taking part in the forthcoming election but to foil the polls. “BNP is looking for issues to foil the polls. So, the people of the country should remain alert against their conspiracies,” he added. Menon said BNP and Jamaat are now one organization. “We should resist the war criminals in the 11th parliamentary election,” he further added. The function was also addressed, among others, by Food Minister Advocate Kamrul Islam, AL leader Shahe Alam Murad and IDEB President Engineer MKMA Hamid. President of the parishad Engineer Khabir Hossain presided over the event.
