Bangladesh Puja Udjapan Parishad
A two-day biennial council of Bangladesh Puja Udjapan Parishad will begin today at the Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) auditorium in the city. Road Transport and Bridges Minister and Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader will join the inaugural ceremony as the chief guest while Indian High Commissioner in Dhaka Harsh Vardhan Shringla will inaugurate it at 10am today.Fisheries and Livestock Minister Narayon Chandra Chanda and State Minister for Youth and Sports Dr Biren Sikder will join the conference as special guests. The council session will be held at the Dhakeswari National Temple in the second day. Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal will join the session as the chief guest at 10am.
