Sramik-Karmochari Federation
Sramik-Karmochari Federation on Thursday postponed its ongoing movement till May 30 following a meeting between its leaders and State Minister for Labour and Employment Mujibul Haque Chunnu. The leaders of the federation formed with 80 trade unions, submitted their 19-point demands to the state minister. Chunnu assured the labour leaders of finalizing the wage commission report within the stipulated time. During the meeting Awami League Labour and Manpower Affairs Secretary Habibur Rahman Siraj was present.
