A roundtable discussion organised by Save The Environment Movement was held at its office in the city’s Kalabagan. In the programme the speakers called upon all to come forward to ensure food security for all. The event was addressed, among others, by General Secretary of the organisation Engineer Abdus Sobhan, writer Prof Dwijen Sharma, President of Modern Club Abul Hasnat, Joint Secretary Mihir Biswas and its Assistant Secretary Mohammad Selim.
