Bangabandhu Sangskritik Jote
A discussion on ‘From Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman to Janonetri Sheikh Hasina’ organised by Bangabandhu Sangskritik Jote was held on Friday at Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy in the city’s Segunbagicha. Awami League Advisory Council member Suranjit Sengupta was present as the chief guest. While addressing Suranjit said that BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia would return to healthy trend of politics in the New Year, leaving the politics of subversive activities. The discussion was addressed, among others, by Awami League Publicity and Publication Affairs Secretary Dr Hasan Mahmud, Advocate Hosne Ara Lutfa, MP, World University Vice-Chancellor Prof Abdul Mannan Chowdhury and General Secretary of the organisation Arun Sarkar Rana. Vice-President of the organisation actor ATM Shamsuzzaman presided over the event.
