Bangabandhu Sangskritik Jote
A rally organised by Bangabandhu Sangskritik Jote was held in front of the Jatiya Press Club on Monday hailing execution of verdict against two top war criminals and denouncing the hartal called by Jamaat-e-Islami. Dr Hasan Mahmud, Publicity and Publication Affairs Secretary of the ruling Awami League was present as the chief guest. While speaking he said the trials of the war criminals are going on for establishment of the rule of law and justice in the country. Jote General Secretary Arun Sarker Rana presided over the rally. It was also addressed, among others, by former Minister for Home Affairs Advocate Shamsul Haque Tuku, MP, Talukdar Md Yunus, MP and Dhaka City Awami League Organising Secretary Shahe Alam Murad.
