Bangabandhu Sangskritik Jote
A discussion in observance of ‘Freedom Fighters-Soldiers Killing Day’ organized by Bangabandhu Sangskritik Jote was held at Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy auditorium in the city’s Segunbagicha on Saturday. Presidium member of Bangladesh Awami League and former Home Minister Advocate Sahara Khatun , MP was present as the chief guest. Food Minister Advocate Qamrul Islam was the main speaker. While speaking Qamrul said BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia and her son Tarique Rahman hatching conspiracy against the country staying abroad and killing people. The discussion was addressed, among others, by Vice-Chancellor of World University Abdul Mannan Chowdhury, Dean of Arts Faculty of Dhaka University Dr Akhtaruzzaman, Awami League leader Balaram Poddar, General Secretary of the organisation Arun Sarker Rana and Awami League leader Barrister Sohrab Khan.
