Pry Assistant Teachers Fed
Primary Assistant Teachers Federation postponed its movement following the assurance from the Primary and Mass Education Minister that the government would consider their six point demands. The leaders of the federation said this in a statement on Friday.The assurance came when a delegation of the agitating teachers met with Primary and Mass Education Minister Mostafizur Rahman Fizar at his Minto Road residence in the city. During the meeting, the leaders of the federation put forward their six point demands.The minister assured them of implementing their demands. The demands included removal of wage discrimination of the primary assistant teachers in the recently announced pay-scale.
