Bangladesh Krishak League
A discussion on International Mother Language Day and ‘Amor Ekushey’ organized on Friday by Bangladesh Krishak League was held at the National Press Club in the city with its president Motahar Hossain Molla in the chair. Awami League Presidium Member and Commerce Minister Tofail Ahmed was present as the chief guest. While addressing Tofail said BNP has made a mistake by not participating in the national polls. The upazila polls again proved fair election is held under the leadership of Sheikh Hasina, he said. The discussion was addressed by Dhaka University Vice- Chancellor Professor AAMS Arefin Siddique as the special guest. Krishak League general secretary Advocate Khandaker Shamsul Haque Reza and its organizing secretary Shafiqur Rahman Sohag spoke, among others.
