A seminar on ‘ Formulating Disabled-friendly Policy at Workplaces and Creating Opportunity for the Employment of Disabled Women’ organised by National Council of Disabled Women (NCDW) was held at the Roundtable Auditorium of Dhaka Reporters Unity on Sunday.In the seminar State Minister for Labour and Employment Mujibul Haque (Chunnu) was present as the chief guest while Secretary of the Ministry of Social Welfare Tariqul Islam as the special guest.While speaking Chunnu urged the affluent section of the society to come forward side by side government to help the disabled for their rehabilitation.The seminar was alse addressed, among others, by Dr Anisuzzaman, disability expert, GIZ, Bangladesh and Dr Anwar Ullah, FCMA, Director (Joint Secretary), Administration and Finance, Jatiya Protibandhi Unnayan Foundation.President of NCDW Nasima Akter presided over the programme.
