Jatiya Ganotantrik League
A rally organised jointly by Jatiya Ganotantrik League and NAP-Bhasani was held in front of the Jatiya Press Club on Saturday. In the rally the speakers urged the government to resist river erosion and build up a poverty-free Bangladesh. The speakers also demanded to introduce education loan project all over the country for modernizing education. The programme was addressed, among others, by journalist Azizul Islam Bhuiyan, President of Jatiya Ganotantrik League MA Jalil, President of Kazi Aref Foundation Kazi Masud Ahmed, Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal leader Humayun Kabir, Mirpur thana Awami League leader ASM Mostofa Kamal and General Secretary of People’s Democratic Party Siddiqur Rahman. Chairman of NAP-Bhasani Mostak Ahmed Bhasani presided over the event.
