Sramajibi Nari Moitree
A rally organised by Sramajibi Nari Moitree was held in front of the Jatiya Press Club on Saturday. In the rally the speakers called upon the government to give exemplary punishment to those involved in sexual harassment to women. They also called upon all to be united against the heinous sexual harassment. The event was addressed, among others, by women leader Rashida Begum. Salma Begum, Rokshana Akter, Nilima Akter and Fatema Begum.
General Secretary of the Revolutionary Workers Party Saiful Huq and water expert Engineer Enamul Haque expressed solidarity with the programme. Convenor of the organisation Bahnnishikha Jamali presided over the event.
