Bangabandhu O Jatiya Char Neta Parishad
A discussion marking the ‘Jail Killing Day (November 3) and the Freedom Fighters’ Killing Day (November 7) organised by Bangabandhu O Jatiya Char Neta Parishad was held on Thursday at the auditorium of the Central Public Library in the city’s Shahbagh. Awami League Advisory Council member and former Railway Minister Suranjit Sengupta, MP, was present as the chief guest. While speaking Suranjit said that the prosecution side in the Jail Killing Case will be summoned to the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Ministry next month with a view to completing the trial process expeditiously. Acting president of the Parishad Abul Kalam Azad Patwari presided over the discussion.
