City DeskCommunist Party of Bangladesh President and General Secretary of the Communist Party of Bangladesh (CPB) Comrade Mujahidul Islam Selim and Comrade Syed Abu Zafor Ahmed in a statement on Wednesday condemned over the vandalizing of idols in different places including Dinajpur, Sirajganj, Faridpur, Madaripur , Narail, Natore and Comilla. The leaders demanded exemplary punishment to the culprits who are involved in such crimes. They called upon all to build resistance against these communal forces. CPB leaders also urged the government to take effective measures for ensuring security during Durga Puja, the biggest religious festival of the Hindu community.
