Sufi Unity For Int’l Solidarity
A rally organised by Sufi Unity For International Solidarity (SUFIS) was held in front of the National Press Club in the city on Saturday in protest against killing of media personality Nurul Islam Faruqui. In the rally the speakers demanded to arrest the killer(s) of Faruqui immediately and exemplary punishment to the culprits involved in this heinous crime. It was addressed, among others, by Imam of Fatikchhari Maizbhandar Darbar Sharif, Chittagong Shasufi Syed Saifuddin Ahmed Al Hasani and Secretary General of Ahale Sunnat Wal Jamaat Principal Jalaluddin Al Kaderi.
