The three-day Walton BABBF Mr. Dhaka and Master Dhaka Open Bodybuilding Competitions were formally inaugurated on Saturday at National Sports Council tower auditorium.
Walton Group operative director FM Iqbal Bin Anwar Dawn inaugurated the three-day meet as the chief guest.
In the senior group of Mr. Dhaka categories, the competition is being held in seven weight categories. The weight categories are 55 kg, 60kg, 65kg, 70kg, 75 kg, 80 kg and 80kg +. On the other hand the master category is open for all.
The final phase of the competition will conclude today (Sunday) through a prize distribution ceremony.
Earlier, on Friday, 210 bodybuilders of ninety clubs and association took part in the weight taking session. South Point Fitness Zone organized the meet under the auspices of Bangladesh Amateur Bodybuilding Federation (BABF).
