The government is going to enroll private schools and colleges for monthly payment order (MPO) facility from October 10.
The online application will be accepted from October 10 to October 31, said the Secondary and Higher Education Division of the Ministry of Education in a public notification on Thursday.
The ministry will complete all formalities of the MPO enrollment of the new educational institutions digitally. In this system, a list of eligible educational institutions will be prepared on the basis of specific criteria as per the policy.
The new public notification of the Ministry of Education said that application can be made through the link displaying under the heading ‘Online MPO Application’ on the websites of the Secondary and Higher Education Division (www.dshd.gov.bd), Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (www.dshe.gov.bd) and the Bangladesh Bureau of Education Information and Statistics (www.banbeis.gov.bd).
Applications for MPO enrollment will not be accepted directly, by e-mail or letter, higher education department or any other offices under it.
