A libel suit was lodged before the court of Chittagong yesterday against one Haji Md. Ali for undermining the two ministers in the facebook status .
Plaintiff Md. Iqbal filed the suit in the court for abusing Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid and the communication Minister Obaidul Kader . The suit was filed before the Chittagong Metropolitan Magistrate court of Majistrate Abu Salem Md. Noman under section 57 of IT Act, sources said. Counsel of the plaintiff Advocate AKM Azharul Islam confirmed the matter to this correspondent.
