One person was shot dead and another received bullet injuries in a triangular clash involving Tablig Jamaat followers, local residents and police at a village in Narsingdi on Sunday night, reports Ekushey tv.
The clash erupted when supporters of Tablig Jamaat were not allowed in a local mosque by the Imam.
Being informed, the police picked up the Imam triggering the tripartite clash leaving many others also injured.
