One Yeakab Ali (50) was killed and at least twenty-five others were injured one of them seriously in a bloody clash between the two rival groups at village Nilakha under Raipura upazila at Narsingdi district on Tuesday.
According to local sources that the bloody cash that took place between the two groups of people led by Nasu Miah and Nuru Miah over a long quarrel of the two groups.
Some miscreants burnt the fishing net of Nusu Miah group at this there held a quarrel between the two groups Nasu Miah group and Nuru Miah group.
The Chairman of Nilakha union Abdul Hoque in a arbitration meet the quarrel but again it was began and continuing on Tuesday they again sat in a arbitration meeting but at one stage both the group became angry and one stage the clash erupted both the party used tat at one stage Yeakab Ali died on the spot and twenty five injured.
The injured were admitted to Narsingdi Sader Hospital and one Sharif transferred to Dhaka Medical College hospital.
