One elderly man named Osman Gani chowdhury alias Khasru(50) was arrested by Kotwali thana police in city as allegedly involved with the raping of a juvenile with the cooperation of brother of a police official of CMP. After his arrest, the brother of police officials fled away and now absconding, sources said. The incident of raping occurred on Friday midnight last in Anderkilla area in city, sources said.
