A man was electrocuted at Patilapara village under Saturia Upazila of the district yesterday.
The deceased was Bachchu Miah, 45, son of Magur Ali of the village.
Local people said, Bachchu was electrocuted and received serious injuries when he was cutting branches of a tree at his home. He died on his way to Saturia Upazila Health Complex.
