OMS rice selling has started in flood affected haor area in Sunamgonj and Sylhet.
Price of per Kg is selling at Tk 15 but still rice sells at high rate due to uncouples business man. Mobile court continue their function against dishonest businessman.
On Monday OMS rice sells in Dourabazar and chattak. In Dorampasha a dishonest circle sells rice in black market.
Here human chain made to protect the haor people and punish the haor protection group.
Monitoring team formed :Five monitoring teams have been formed by Sylhet district administration to control market rate of essential commodities including rice. ADC are the chief of these committee. In order of DC Rahat Anwar these teams are formed ADC (G) Shohidul Islam Chowdhury meet with traders in Sylhet Markets to control its price.
