UNB, Naogaon :
An old man was chopped to death and three others were injured in a clash between two rival groups over a land-related dispute at Malahar village in Mohadevpur upazila on Thursday morning.
The deceased was identified as Mokbul Hossain, 65, son of Naser Ali of the village.
Police arrested one person identified as Abbas Ali, 55, a resident of the village, in this connection.
Police said there had been a longstanding dispute between Mokbul and his neighbour Azizul over ownership of a piece of land at the village.
