An old man was killed in a clash between two villagers over children’s quarrel on Thursday night in Kishoreganj. This incident. took place at at Chaddashatha area in Kishoreganj sadar on Thursday night at9.00 am.
The victim was identified as Muslim Miah i( 64) son of Md. Mansoor Ali Banagram of katiadi Upazila. Locals and Police sources, , a clash took place between the people of Chaddashatha and Banagram of neighboring Katiadi Upazila over the children’s quarrel.
Muslim Miah died on the spot and . several people were injured. Police also present two men named Abdul Malaque (60) and his son Uzzal (30) in this connection. Additional SP ( Crime & Ops.) Mohammad Mure Alam visited on the spot..Addtional l Police deployed and brought the situation under control., Additional SP Mohammad Nure Alam added.
Sadar, Model Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Mohammad Daud said, the body was recovered and sent to Kishoreganj General Hospital for autopsy.
Police arrested the two men in this connection.
