An old man died while picking berries at Gafargaon under Mymensingh. The accident happened on Friday morning. The name of the deceased was Jalal Mia (60). He is a resident of Khilgaon village in Usthi union of Gafargaon upazila.
According to locals, Jamal Mia climbed his own tree to pick blackberry on Friday morning, fell down and died on the spot.
On May 30, a man named Khoka Mia (48) was killed after falling from a tree while collecting blackberry in Usthi village of the same union.
