National Institute of Neurosciences and Hospital (NINH) celebrated World Occupational Therapy (OT) Day 2015 in the city on Tuesday. It was organized by Occupational Therapy Unit under the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. The program was started by giving OT Day badge. Then the programme was inaugurated by cutting a cake. Others program of the day included video presentation about Occupational Therapy services, discussion meeting and providing occupational therapy services to the patients of NINH.
Director of the Institute Prof Dr Qazi Deen Mohammad was the chief guest while chairperson of this programme was Assistant Professor Dr. Md Jahidul.
Many doctors, therapist and other health care professionals were present to celebrate the day.
Different posters about World Occupational Therapy Day was hung in different points of Neurosciences Hospital.
The main aim of this day was making awareness about occupational therapy services among doctors and other healthcare professionals.
