Chattogram Bureau :
A court in Chattogram rejected the application for temporary ban on the ongoing sewerage project of Chattogram WASA. A nurseryman named Nazrul Islam Dulal of Halishahar area filed this application in the court claiming that he had leased the space from the railway.
Chattogram’s 3rd Senior Assistant Judge Moshammat Reshma Khatun’s court rejected the application after the hearing on Sunday. Advocate Zia Habib Ahsan, legal advisor of Chittagong WASA, said that a nursery trader named Nazrul Islam applied to the court for a temporary injunction.
