ONE Bank Limited announced 10 per cent dividend (5 per cent cash and 5 per cent stock) for its shareholders. The decision was taken at its 21st Annual General Meeting held through digital platform on Thursday due to COVID-19 pandemic situation. Asoke Das Gupta, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors chaired the AGM. The shareholders of the bank as well as the members of the board of directors joined the AGM by login giving their appropriate identity.
Zahur Ullah, Executive Committee Chairman, M. Fakhrul Alam, Managing Director of the bank attended the programme. John Sarkar, company secretary along with senior executives of the bank were also present in the meeting. Kazi Rukunuddin Ahmed, Syed Nurul Amin, ASM Shahidullah Khan, Shawket Jaman, Salahuddin Ahmed, directors of the bank also joined the AGM by using digital platform from Chattogram. Besides a large number of shareholders participated by using digital platform.
