Hamida Begum, wife of late Nizamuddin Khan, a leading businessman of Faridpur breathed her last on Sunday in the city’s Sikdar Medical College and Hospital after prolonged illness. She was 83.
She left behind six sons, five daughters and a host of grand children and well wishers to mourn her death.
The Namaz-e-Janaza of Hamida Begum was held after Magrib Prayers in Alipur area in the town and was buried at Alipur graveyard.
