Dr Khorshed Alam, founder Principal of Jessore Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital and renowned physician, died of old-age complications at a hospital in the city on Wednesday. He was 85.
He left behind his wife, two sons, four daughters and a host of relatives, friends and well-wishers to mourn his death. He was buried at Karbala graveyard following a namaz-e-janaza on Jessore Eidgah Maidan after Zohr prayers on Thursday.
