M Habibullah Khan, veteran Freedom Fighter and former Vice-Chairman of Bangladesh Muktijoddah Sangsad, died of cardiac arrest at his Banani residence in the city on Saturday. He was 65.
He left behind his wife and two daughters to mourn his death.
He was buried with state honour at civil aviation graveyard after Namaz-e-Janaza.
Bangladesh Muktijoddah Sangsad Chairman Major General (retd) Helal Morshed and Secretary General Abdul Matin have expressed deep shock at his death.
