Jahanara Begum, wife of BGMEA ex-president Shah Alam Chowdhury, died in a city hospital last Friday. She was 81. She was buried after Namaz-e-Janaza the same day at Banani Graveyard, Dhaka. She left behind three sons and a daughter to mourn her death.
Her sons are Anowar Alam Chowdhury Parvez, BGMEA ex-president, Gulzer Alam Chowdhury and Russell Alam Chowdhury, and daughter is Jesiya Alam Chowdhury.
