Cumilla Debidwar Upazila Parishad Chairman and Upazila Awami League President Alhaj Md Jainul Abedin passed away at a private hospital in Dhaka early on Thursday. He was 85.
He is survived by his wife, two sons, a daughter and a host of relatives, friends and admirers to mourn his death.
According to his family sources, after being diagnosed with Corona, he was admitted to Anwar Khan Modern Medical College Hospital in Dhaka on November 12.
He was buried at the family graveyard after his namaz-e-janaza at Duaria AG Model Academy ground in his village after Asr prayers on Thursday.
