Abul Hossain, a valiant freedom fighter and former Commander of Ghior Upazila Freedom Fighters Command Council, died of old-age complications at his Charghior village residence under Ghior upazila on Wednesday evening. He was 69.
Abul Hossain is survived by wife, two sons, a daughter and a host of relatives and admirers.
He was buried on Thursday at his family graveyard with full state honour following a namaz-e-zanaja held on the premises of Charghior Abdul Majid Government Primary School premises .
