Mahmuda Islam Fatema, wife of former Deputy-Assistant Engineer of Housing and Public Works Department, late Saiful Islam died of respiratory ailment at a hospital in the city on Tuesday last. She was 65.
She left behind four sons, a host of relatives and admirers to mourn her death. She was buried at Arifpur Graveyard in Pabna after Namaj-e-Zanaja.
She is the mother of former Sports and Cultutal Secretary of Dhaka Sub-Editors Council, Ashif Mahmud.
