Khurshid Anwar Khashru, son of former minister Md Sohrab Hossain, died after suffering a stroke on Friday at a city hospital. He was 62.
He will be buried today at the Magura graveyard after Namaj-e-Janaza on the Magura Govt College ground after Johr prayers.
He left behind his wife, two sons and a host of relatives, friends and well-wishers to mourn his death.
Khashru was a veteran freedom fighter.
