Prof Nazma Rahman, forme Relief and Social Welfare Secretary of Awami League (AL), educationist and cultural activist, died of brain ailment at Banner Heart Hospital located in Mesa, Arizona in the United States on Saturday. She was 66.
Prof Nazma left behind two daughters, one brother, a host of relatives and well wishers to mourn her death.
She was buried at a graveyard in Arizona after Namaz-e-Janaza at local Islamic foundation.
