Bishnupada Malakar, a freedom fighter and retired General Manager of Bangladesh Bank died of kidney ailment in the city’s Suhrawardy Hospital yesterday. He was 65.
He left behind wife, one daughter and a host of relatives and well-wishers to mourn his death.
He was cremated at Postogola Crematorium in the city.
All the relatives and admirers of the deceased are requested to pray for the salvation of the departed soul.
