Abul Khair, a valiant freedom fighter (FF), died of old-age complications at his Kalikachha-Madhyapara village residence under Sarail upazila on Friday night.
He was 84.
Abul Khair is survived by wife, two sons, six daughters and a host of relatives and well-wishers to mourn his death.
He was buried at his family graveyard after Namaz-e-Janaza held at the village with full state honour on Saturday.
