Shafia Begum, wife of journalist and a Liberation War organiser of Ward No 36 in Matijheel late Shamsul Alam died recently.
She left behind her six sons and six daughters and many relatives to mourn her death. A Milad Mahfil will be held at Tikatuli Mosque in the capital after Asr Prayer on May 10.
Her son KM Jahid Hasan, Inspector of Film and Publication Department, and other family members requested all her relatives and well-wishers to take part in the Milad Mahfil and pray for her departed soul.
