Saleha Begum, mother of Mirza Nurul Gani Shovon, President of the central Executive Committee of the National Association of Small & Cottage Industries of Bangladesh (NASCIB) died of brain haemorrhage at Suhrawardy Hospital in the city on Saturday. She was 89.
She left behind four sons and a host of relatives and well-wishers to mourn her death.
She was buried in Tangail Central Graveyard after Namaz-e Janaza.
