Valiant freedom fighter, General Secretary of Sirajganj District Awami League and former Chairman of Sirajganj Pourasabha and Sadar upazila, Abu Mohammad Golam Kibria breathed his last at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University Hospital while undergoing treatment at its CCU on Thursday. He was 67.
He left behind wife, a son, three daughters and a host of admirers to mourn his death.
He was laid to eternal rest at Rahmatganj graveyard in Sirajganj on Friday with full state honour after Namaz-e-Janaza.
