Faridpur Correspondent :The members of the Detective Branch (DB) of police arrested one of the accomplices of key accused Nur Hossain in the Narayanganj sensational seven-murder from north the North Channel area in Faridpur Sadar Upazila early Friday. The arrested man has been identified as Mortuza Zamam alias Tartil, 45, son of one Moshiur Rahman from Sadar upazila, said the district DB police Officer-in-Charge (OC) Sunil Kumar.He said that a team of police picked up him from his father-in-law’s house in the North Channel area of the district on the basis of a secret information. The OC added that Mortuza was staying with his second wife Lipi Akter at his father-in-law’s house. The police sources said that Murtuza looked after the drug business of key accused Nur Hossain in Narayanganj. Police are interrogating Mortuza in the DB office, the OC said.
